Neither Hokage has any impressive feats, its all hype. Going by hype still, neither has a counter for Water Dome.

Hype harishima would maybe take this but by feats 1st gets destroyed by waterdome and 4th's FTG jutsu is useless aganst deva path he'd just use shrina tensei and make the kunai go flying then kill him

Can't 1st use wood jutsu to get out of the water dome I find that possible.

As long as Kisame follows Hashirama he couldn't escape, losing chakra all the while.
