Itachi's Plan Burns

Ok i need to hear some other opinuns on this.

Itachi was ordered by Danzo to kill his clan to prevent war. then he joined Akatsuki. Then let Sasuke kill him to revenge the clan. Then He Implanted Amatarasu into Sasukes eyes to kill Madara upon seeing his eyes. once that failed Sasuke + Madara became best freinds + planned a war against the 5 Nations.

OK my Question is If Itachi's Amatarasu could acctually hurt Madara then why didnt Itachi kill Madara. he could have saved the 5 nations from this whole thing?

Because then Akatsuki would realize Itachi betrayed them and then they'd kill him and then Sasuke would never be able to get the Mangekyou Sharingan.

dude this is eazy to understand when itachi met madara he told him to help wipe out the clan instead of attacking konhna so madara accepted... itachi couldent wipe out the whole police force by himself u see?

Well even then Madara had the EMS. Madara probably could extinguish amatarasu like he did with Sasukes. Madara>Itachi

Also Itachi had planned for the posibility that Madara would sway Sasuke to his side that is why he gave Naruto something to protect him against Sasuke.

Well, Sasuke didn't kill Itachi. Itachi died after his chakra ran out.

I agree with UGK and Aaron. Itachi couldn't whipe out the clan by himself and If Itachi did used his sharingan against Madara. Madara would have whiped Itachi off the face of the Earth.

I don't know Itachi had killed his best friend gaining extra sharingan powers no one else in the clan had plus he was supposed to be a genius.

But thats the thing though: Itachi thought his Amaterasu would be enough to stop Madara, but as Madara said when he was talking to Sasuke after the fight, there were things that even Itachi didn't know about him. Plus, knowing Itachi, he could probably tell that Madara was expecting an assassination, so he had to do it in a more subtle manner to catch him off guard.

I thought the Amaterasu he gave Sasuke was just to keep Madara from using sharingan on him afterall it didn't activate until madaras eyes met sasukes.

not sure if madara could have beaten itachi at the point in the story where they met.. madara seems like something is wrong with him, as if he cant use his full powers. all we've seen him do is dodge everything. no offense except basic punching and kicking. so maybe at that point in the story, itachi was stronger than him?

oh.. and back to the point of this thread. lol.. ahh even with madara in the state that he was in, itachi probably could not take him out by attacking him upfront. madara can still dodge damn near everything. so itachi was probably playing it cool until the opportunity presented itself, like implanting amaterasu in sasuke's eye..

yea itachi was in no shape to kill madara himself, so the amaterasu was implanted in a way that he thought would take madara off guard enough to kill him. but it failed...although the way itachi planned things i HIGHLY doubt that was his only guard againt sasuke going more evil than he already is. obviously one of those things is whatever he gave naruto...

on that note, does naruto know the full story of the uchiha clan now? could that have been what itachi gave him? he gave him understanding?

we dont really know the full power of madara we just know he's strong the fact the he is still alive is evidence. but for the most part i agree with all of u
