Itachi is not faster than Susanoo arrow.

Itachi is not blitzing Kakashi at least not anymore. Until we see more from Itachi.

For 2, that's if Kakashi can keep his eyes focus on Itachi long enough. Like you said Itachi speed feats. are way better than Kakashi. Kakashi wouldn't have a chance to Kamui Itachi at all. If he miss on the first try then Kakashi is pretty much a sitting duck

So its not irrelevent.

Also we are talking about reaction speed of Kakashi not movement of his.

how are Itachi's speed feats and reaction speed feats superior to Kakashi's at this point? it just doesnt add up

also how is Sasuke for example supposedly faster than Kakashi, when Kakashi intercepted his chidori, and Kamui'd 2 of his susano arrows effortlessly from close range?

Your example was poor. He went up against an already injured and going blind Sasuke. I doubt Kakashi could keep up with Sasuke when Sasuke is healthy

First of all you are using a tired drained Sasuke which is not as impressive.

Second you are confusing reaction with movement.

That's not what I said. Your examples were both coming at Kakashi at a straight path, it made it easier for Kakashi to Kamui them

why all the hate on Kakashi's movment speed, when he already more than kept up with Itachi clone (only less jutsu power, same speed)? lets face it, Kakashi has not had many oppertunitys to showcase his footspeed, and when he hasm he has (against pain for example)

Kakashi's footspeed is underrated, and his reaction speed is likely the highest in the manga at this point

also in secenario 1, how does Itachi win? Kakashi has better water jutsu, which can also counter katon, doton, and raiton vaarients, and is just as skilled or more in the art of deception and ninja techs/taijutsu than Itachi. also it is reasonable to say that he can brak out of any of Itachi's genjutsu, as he already experienced Tsukiyomi, and no doubt trained hard to overcome genjutsu; even Itachi complimented his improvment, and notice how he never caught Kakashi in genjutsu, and actually got fooled by a clone feint?

Itachi clone isn't impressive.

Itachi clone never moved in the manga. He just stood there. As having only 30% stamina he was more than half way dead anyway.

Also Itachi wasn't even trying.

Shouten Itachi to Real Itachi is not comparable at all.
There is no reason to do so.
