Kiriyama vs. Spike

Kiriyama (Battle Royale) vs. Spike (Cowboy Beebop)

Scenario: Gunfight

Battlefield: Forest several kilometers in circumference with rivers and lakes and hills and mountains. Divided into 50 zones, each two kilometers squared. Zones change every fifteen minutes, and anyone caught within the zone will automatically die due to the neck explosive collar attached to their necks.

Conditions: No Meleeing

Armaments: Each combatant has a .50, .45, and 9mm Pistol with 3 extra clips as well as an Ingram SMG. Each combatant also has a pen with unlimited ink, an unlimited amount of rations that they can magically carry around, a map, and a stopwatch/watch.

Who wins?

Oh, almost forgot, this is Kiriyama as he was before the game started.

Oh, but that's why I made it a gunfight, not a melee fight, much more fair. Spike should stand a good chance.

Thats true. I am not an expert on Cowboy Bebop but he has the natural advantage in this.

Although how much difference would Kiriyama would have made if it was after the game.

Well, by the end of the games, Kiriyama was a great shot, able to beat someone who should be a blackbelt at his own form of martial arts, and cunning and cruel as hell...also, very badass :awesome

Yeah I sort of recall now. Makes sense.

Although in this fight Spike should have the advantage.

They should go Deagling for the lulz.

Kiriyama does have the all mighty jacket though :awesome

And while Spike has the advantage in terms of gunplay, Kirayama is more cunning and smarter.

True. Which is why the forest situation will make this complicated. Considering that Kiriyama was able to kill the most students and make his way around the unknown island like that. I mean cmon.

i think spike wud win cause he wouldnt b dat important if he couldnt do anything so maby he has some secret powers or skillz

Well, to be fair most of the students didn't know about actual fighting and those who did (read:Shogo) actually did pretty well. Spike is an expert gunman and damn good at adapting.

To make this more interesting, I'm adding zones :awesome

It's a shame that most people on here haven't read Battle Royale: great manga, great movie, great book (which I will read someday!!)

And of course the fact Spike is an expert gunman doesn't help matters.

It also depends on who finds each other first. As for adapting while that is true although whether more on Kiriyama's intuitive like adaptation or Spike's experience and etc.

Nah, I've just made it more fun by adding zones and making it so they can go on forever if need be.

However, as far as adapting goes, I give that to Kiriyama by and far, I'm just saying that Spike wouldn't be crippled by this.

Also, while Kiriyama might not know how to use a weapon it wouldn't take him long to become at least adequate with it and there would be plenty of wild life to "practice" on.

Its a very good thread but due to all sorts of circumstance lots of things can occur.

Such as direct confrontation who finds each other first and also zones affecting the path of the person and etc. Now I am making it more complicated.

Exactly. The fun part is that all the that could go wrong might go wrong. Should I just go for broke and add in Bourne and Bond too? :LOS

Also, shame on these people who have yet to read the greatness that is Battle Royale. Or at least see the more child-friendly movie!!!

obviously not,i dont know much on either man,other than spike has the advantage when it comes to a firefight and he would have more skill with a gun.I realy cant conclude a damn thing though without a good feat to go off of.
