Kabuto, upon resurrecting half of the Akatsuki, has possibly turned the tide of the war before it even began. With C0, Deidara can blow up an entire small town. Once he blows himself up, he'll simply zombie regenerate, and can blow himself up once more. Sasori was said to have taken down an entire country using his 100 puppets technique, so the ninja alliance is not going to fare well against him. Itachi can take down large amounts of ninja quickly, by using Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susano'o. Being a zombie, he doesn't have to worry about losing life force when using Susano'o, so he can constantly keep it active. Sasuke now > Itachi, so he'll probably be even more destructive during the war. And let's not forget Nagato, the rinnegan user who can use all of the six paths of pain's jutsu. Uber Shinra Tensei > Leaf Village. This is a proven fact. Kisame's Water Dome was shown to be the size of small mountains, he could probably drown many ninja quickly, and take the chakra of many. Zetsu can easily act as a spy for the Akatsuki. Why, all he needs to do is touch someone to copy their chakra and then he can pretend to be them. Plus, with his time-delayed spore jutsu, he could wait until some ninja achieved a victory and activate his spores once they've lowered their guard. Even Kakuzu, with his spamming and large elemental jutsu, could be a great help to the Akatsuki during the war. Kabuto, as long as he lives, will be one of the biggest threats to the ninja alliance. He can revive any dead ninja using a living sacrifice, so if the Akatsuki happen to kill someone, he needs only to take the body of an enemy and use it to revive that person, which would make someone who was previously an ally of the ninja alliance an enemy. Madara himself could take out an entire army (of fodder ninja, of course, but it's still impressive). With his Sharingan, Genjutsu will be a big help to the Akatsuki as well. If there isn't at least one of the great villages fallen by the end of the war, I'll be quite surprised.

Granted, the ninja alliance isn't completely powerless. Tsunade and her boss slug summon could help. Ebizo of the Sand Village could possibly help out. After all, he is Chiyo's brother, and Chiyo can kick @$$. A (the Raikage) could likely speedblitz the Akatsuki zombies, considering the fact that he has some of the most impressive speed feats as of yet. Kakashi has dozens of handy jutsu and is quite easily one of the fastest Leaf Ninja, if he doesn't do anything to help I'll be really surprised. Shikamaru out-witted Hidan and Kakuzu before, he could be a major strategist in the war. Gaara has massive sand control, he could hold back attacks on the Sand Village. Onoki and Mei could be of some help too, we couldn't have seen everything they can do.

There are five great nations, and it appears Kabuto has summoned five Akatsuki members. Coincidence? It looks to me as though Kabuto will have them all attack their old villages. Sasori attacks the Sand, Deidara the Stones, and Itachi the Leaf. Nagato and Kakuzu can attack the Mist and Clouds.

When that war starts, all hell will break loose, and IMO the Akatsuki have huge advantages.

could be possible, but I think Raikage dies before the war starts and the Akatsuki will attack the Leaf at first, because the Leaf has hurt them the most..

They're not necessarily, screwed. Read the second part of D330's realization. They still have a chance. The Kages are very skilled and can contribute to the war in a great way. Especially A', Tsunade, Gaara, and Mei. Onoki, I don't know. xD But it's going to be a hellavuh hard time for them.

the worst part is, Madara never relied on those zombie soldiers to declare war, wich means he thinks he was powerful enough to start the war without them.. An uberhaxed Naruto will be needed to clean up this mess! And we likez :P

of everyone you listed the least worthy in my opinion is sasori, granted he is strong and killed a kazekage, he was defeated by chiyo and sakura, and if u recall when chiyo used puppet strings on sakura, she said she harsdly had to control her, and in my opinion, sakura is not good at battles, her best contribute will be medically

Sasori could've killed Sakura and Chiyo. Fighting either of them individually, he would've won. If Sakura hadn't prepared antidotes, he also would've won. And even in the manga, Chiyo still would've died from the poison if she hadn't given her life to save Gaara. He should be above Kakuzu and Deidara.
