Convo thread

I hope this is the right place to post this.

I was thinking of having a convo thread similar to the one in NF for the Battlegrounds section. That way all the off topic stuff can go in there. It'll also give posters a place to just talk about random stuff and not get yelled at for being off topic.

To make the thread stand out, it can be sticked so posters will also know where it is.

The only problem with this is that this forum is a bit strict about keeping post count to a minimum. While I like the idea, it would mean having a convo thread in a section of the forums where posts count, which most likely won't be allowed.

Dlete the convo and make a new one every time it reaches a certain amount of posts.

That's how the ones in NF are. It's trashed after every 2000 posts and another person starts a new one.

I don't know of a single mod that would agree to doing that kind of work, though it makes sense.

It's usually the members that start the new thread. The mods just have to trash the old one and sticky the new one.

That would defeat the purpose of having the thread in the battlegrounds.

Couldn't I just change the title of Sotsp's thread into the Convo thread, because it pretty much is one and I'm gonna delete it eventually.

That would defeat the purpose of having the thread in the battlegrounds.

The green names are the mods. FAIL members are temp mods.

Why does it matter where the thread is?
