Uh........what? When did Hidan ever show that he might possibly have enough strength to break free? He was caught several times and he always just stood there. I'll say Kimimaro.

I've seen no impressive speed features from Neji. Of course entering tri-gram would likely hurt Kimimaro, with his bone density he could tank it.

Also, CS1 bone extraction would likely cut Neji's limbs if he came within striking range.

The chances Shikamaru will find time to conduct a battle plan before Kimimaro decides to kill them is very unlikely.

I see no way they can kill him, considering he tanked sand tsunami, sand coffin and the pressure of 100 tons of sand above him. He also dodged Gaara's sand blasts for some time.

They have neither the speed to sneak kill, or destructive power to defeat him.

CS1 should do it. CS2 is overkill. Bone armor tanks everyone of their abilities.
