If it's too much rape in favor of Shichibukai, speed equalized,if it's too much rape for Espada then Shichibukai get Mihawk.

Ursa Shock is town busting. Nobody in Bleach (save for H2 Ichigo) has shown the ability to tank that. He's also faster than almost all of Bleach, and he's got massive durability. Zoro went all out and could barely scratch him. Zoro has been argued to beat the majority of the Espada with ease, and Kuma>>>>>>>>>>>>>Zoro.

He can drain water, and only with one hand. Tia can make more water than he can absorb.

As for the H2 Ichigo and Ulquiorra its arguable they got Reiatsu boost in Hueco mundo.
