Captain Hitsugaya is my fav. captain, but I don't think he is the strongest.
So I pick Captain Yamaoto or Ukitake.

Kenpachi Zaraki!!!He would just run around slaughtering them all and let them hit him and not notice! he'd win even without his zanpakuto's name! He's definately the strongest! lol He'd take off his eyepath and own everyone! My favorite is Toshiro Hitsugaya but honestly he'd lose that fight...

O.O All captains? Like, a grand battle royal? xDD Oh my gawd... Kenpachi would be running around slaughtering everyone right off the start, and then Byakuya would just be standing there, watching... waiting... then BOOM! He goes bankai on everyone still standing.
I can imagine... At the end, Unohana wins because she's like the only one that heals. xDD
I honestly don't know who would win. Luck would be a big part of the battle if everyone was fighting at once.

Let's see...Yamamoto would be the obvious first choice but the dude is old...Aizon is too full of himself, it would be hard for him to win because he would assume that he would win (classic narcissist's failure to plan)
I think Kenpachi has a good chance cuz he's totally insane...but then again Byakuya has his gazillion sword bankai...

Byakuya's Bankai is actually flower petals, which are 1 million swords in total.

Captain Aizen would beat them all. He would just use his Zanpaktou and they would be finished. He would just use his absolute hypnosis and make them fight each other or something to the death.
Ie. Convince Kenpachi that he is fighting Aizen when really he is fighting Hitsugia or vice versa. Aizen would watch as the captains destroyed eachother and then walk of unharmed.

Let me just say this. As the oldest and strongest captain, so much so that he made second and third strongest and oldest captains be forced back by his Shikai, Yamamoto would merc every captain.
