If you haven't already, submit it here. If you aren't sure we got it, resubmit it here.

I will be getting all other threads locked. This is the one true User/Village Jutsu submission thread.

I shouldn't have to say this, but aparently I do. General descriptions of all jutsus are a REQUIREMENT. It is strongly suggested you rank your jutsu o a 1 to 5 scale. Also, if you're creating new styles you're required to explain them. Otherwise, they will not be implemented.

Also READ THE BATTLE SYSTEM RULES BEFORE MAKING UP A JUTSU! If you do not know the system you will not make proper jutsu.

I am sorry I was not clearer earlier. I seem to forget to spell everything out. It is a byproduct of me spending over 200 hours with this stuff, I keep assuming you guys have read the battle system and know how jutsu are designed. My bad. I will try in the future to be very very clear.

I am JmLapaxSF, a Lightning Guardian..
I have a Katana, that uses lightning based attacks and does strong lightning attacks.
Jutsus..
Lvl 3:Lightning Armor -all lightning based attacks may be void or invalid.
Lvl 3:Lightning Style :Shooting star -uses giant shuriken then attaches huge amount of lightning.
Lvl 4:Lightning Style :Thor's hammer -uses Thor's hammer and bashes through the enemy.
Lvl 2:Lightning Style : 5000 senbons -just like Sasuke's chidori sendon.
Lvl 3:Lightning Style : Kirin -summons (like Sasuke's) then attacks only on a single path.
Lvl 3:Lightning Style : Hound -uses lightnin hounds to attack 5 enemies
Lvl 2:Lightning Clones -clones made of lightning
Lvl 2:Lightning Bolt -creates bolts as lightning
Lvl 3:Lightning Style : Double Dash -attaches lightning on katana then slashes two times
Lvl 3:Lightning Style : Triple Threat -attaches lightning on katana then slashes three times
Lvl 4:Raikiri
Lvl 5:Summon : Thor the God of Thunder and Lightning, disguised as a bull.
Lvl 5:Thor's Wrath -draws the heavens lightning and attacks enemies and comrades within the battle field.
Lvl 3:Thor's Lightning Horns -Thor charges and attacks enemies with his lightning horns.
Lvl 5:Thor's Judgement -real Thor God of thunder might appear, causes mass destruction.
Lvl 5:Thor's Deathrise -calls upon the mighty gods to create massive lightning upon the battlefield. (more like suicidal attacks)

NOTE: effects of lightning is usually paralyzed, stunned, can't attack, or instant death.
effects on lightning on me
and my speed out of 10 is 9/10. adept in taijutsu. weak against wind natures. strong against water, earth, and metal. weak against genjutsu users.

Wind Style: Wind Vortex; i focus my wind chakra into my palm or weapon then release in the form of a small tornado that can cut or blow away an enemy. lvl 3

Substitution: i form handsigns to replace my body with a log to prevent damage. lvl 1

Chidori: i run towards an enemy at high speeds with lightning surging from my hand to attack my opponent. lvl 4

Lightning Vortex: I combine Wind Vortex and Chidori to create, its a small tornado, same as wind vortex and same rules but with electricity being released from it to electrocute or shock my opponents. lvl 4

Speed Clones: i create clones wen moving at high speed, the higher the speed the more clones there are. lvl 3

Calmness of the Rage: i focus my genjutsu into Kazeshini so he can magnify and control it. It causes a change in emotions randomly, either sadness, fear, anger, and happiness, anybody in range gets affected except me. lvl 3

Lightning Quake: i create a crack in the earth using my scyth then release lightning into it to burst out crazily. lvl 3

Lightning Tempest: I focus 1/2 of my wind chakra and 1/2 of my ninja fox's lightning chakra(can be any ninja animal that has lightning chakra) to use lightning vortex but 3x stronger.can only be used once. lvl 5

dragon fire-creates a dragon shaped fire
demon vortex-fire that is used to attack and defend
red flare-shoots red fire into the air and rains on foe
dark flare-a flar that burns the eys off the foe

earth style
earth skin- cloaks user with rock hard skin
black pitt-makes holes in the ground to trap foe has spickes at bottom
earth wall-creats a wall to block an attack
earth clone-makes a clone out of rock hard skin

water / ice
aqua vortex-makes a vortext of water
white wale-creates a big wale to smash a foe
ice neddles-shoots water in the air and frezes it to rain on your foe
aqua cage-makes a prizen to hold ypur foe down
ice freeze-shoots water at your foe then frezes them

wind style
white wind-creates a stron white wind to blow your foe away
black tarnadow-creats a black tarnadow to smash your foe away
wind wave- sends a blast of wind that send your foe away,if foe gets trapped in rips apart skin

lightning style
white lighting-smashes your foe withe pure lighting
white chidori-(kills a foe if hits)a pure white chidori
storm blaze-creats a storm of lighting to kill a foe

chidori shock-a better chidori uses more lightning

When not activated your irises are silver and you pupil is white

When not activated you have horns on your head and blades coming out of the top of your hands.

There was a ninja that wanted all power, but needed to find a way to get it. He started experimenting jutsus on himself until one day he found a way to achieve full power. He made himself to be like a god and as a god he got worshipers to not only worship him, but to also learn his teachings. His downfall was his eye though, because he unlocked a level so high that he became an ultimate being. But it came with a price, now he must spend his life living under the earth's surface and is now known as Satan. Gaining all levels though is extremely difficult, for even Hidan could only unlock rank one.

You can regenerate using chakra, but if there's too much damage you'll die from wasting too much chakra.
Able to use D- and C-Rank jutsus

Rank 1:
In this rank you are fully immortal, but to stay immortal you must defeat many opponents and steal their chakra.
Able to use D-, C- and B-rank jutsus

Rank 2:
This rank allows you to unlock the dojutsu form. It unlocks the 6th element ying yang. You no longer need to kill and steal chakra to be immortal, but you must store up chakra within you so that you don't run out. If you go into battle and waste all your chakra you will die. It also allows you to deceive any jutsu, hiden jutsu, and kekkei genkai that can determine what attack you're about to do. When activated you only see in infrared.
Able to use D-, C-, B-, and A-Rank jutsus

Ying Yang Clones:
These aren't ordinary clones, these clones actually contain a bit of your soul and are impossible to tell from the real you. Making these clones only take as much chakra as average clones, but if you make 50 your real body will die, because if these clones are destroyed your soul doesn't come back.

- Summoning: Jashin's Statue of Heretical Doctrine
the user summons a statue that creates chakra rods, which pierce through the user's back, but it also attacks the enemy and cannot be fooled by clone techniques, this jutsu uses a lot of chakra and will leave you crippled, because the chakra rods remain embedded in your back

- Summoning: Jashin's Tomb
the user summons a tomb that will trap the enemy within it, and will give the enemy great pain without letting the enemy die, this will cause the user to enter a coma like state for two days

B-Rank Jutsus
- Lightning Style: Lightning Palm:
you condense lightning chakra in the palm of your hand until it forms a ball around the palm of your hand and as soon as you hit an opponent with it, you release all the chakra and it'll unleash a powerful attack

- Ying Yang Style: Face of God:
it puts the enemy in a genjutsu that outs them in a relaxed state and they feel no pain. they lose 1 turn, but the user uses much chakra

- Fire Style: Fire Spirit:
you use chakra to make a body made out of fire and you control what it does, if the enemy touches it or if it touches the enemy, the enemy'll get burned. this requires a lot of chakra and it can easily be canceled out with

- Wind Style: Lightning Storm
you use a lot of chakra to condense the air around you and it causes a lightning storm to happen, the problem is you can't control where the lightning'll hit, and may cause flood

C-Rank Jutsus:
- Satan's Bride:
a herum jutsu in which you make 50 clones and use sexy jutsu on them, it'll distract the same sex as the user (lol, i was having writer's block)

- Double Take:
a genjutsu that makes the enemy confused and disorderly, the enemy loses a turn

D-Rank Jutsus
- pathway to heaven:
a taijutsu where you do a series of punches and kicks and will probably break a bone or two

i have some ideas for my organization's jutsus:

- Sealing Technique: Illusionary Dragon Nine Consuming Seals
it allows the user to seal a tailed beast within our statue, that contains the power of the tailed beasts
(note: this wasn't created by me, but seeing that i am now in the akatsuki i thought this would be needed)

- Sealing Technique: Complete Chakra Combination
it allows the user to unite the chakra of a jinchuuriki to max level, meaning we make the jinchuuriki's chakra and the demon's chakra as one. the side effects are that the jinchuuriki will have trouble controlling him/herself when they are angry. the user of this jutsu is exhausted afterwards and will be unable to fight for a whole day[/spoiler:2nkp10gl]

Blood Taijustu:Shark Bite Justu.
A taijustu that resembels in a shark bite by punching with thier fist.
The person will lose ranging from 5-12 hp.


Blood Style: Blood Clone Justu
Clones of yourself that are made out of blood.
The move will last for 4 turns.
Blood Clones can be enabled by getting cut.

Also my jutsu style is Ox style all jutsu in this style have something to do with Ox's and the jutsus always have pretty bad side effects if I can't use them the right way.

Oh and about Transformation Ox hooves it helps me move faster

Fire Style: White Flame- user shoots a white flame that harms only those that are fighting against the user lvl 5

Earth Style: Gargoyle Creation- creates an amount of gargoyles from a source of earth (number depends on amount of chakra used, and what level the user can use this at) lvls 1,2,3,4
