Scenario 1: Guns are banned

Scenario 1, I dunno about the Fodder Pirates but I'm guessing the Shinigami and Hollow fodders win this, with Scenario 2 the Marines should take it with their guns although I'm not sure the Soul Reapers could beat them or not.

I'd say bleach fodder is probably the best out of the fodders. Naruto fodders are just normal ninja and they have been shown to be fairly weak. OP pirates fodder do not have devil fruits so...

I say fodder Bleach because of Kido advantage coupled with speed in fodders.

If its generic fodder, BleachVerse generic fodders loses horribly. Kubo treats them worse than crap, honestly. NarutoVerse generic fodders are more of a match, but One Piece generic fodder seem to be much more powerful, seeing as that one of them, a VA, held his own while stomping Luffy along with Momonga.

Well, Shinigami Fodder is just crap. Anyone under Fifth Seat is basically generic fodder, seeing as that a whole group of them had trouble with a normal Hollow.

Naruto Generic Fodder seem more challenging, with Jounin Fodder in the fray.

One Piece Fodder has the most chance to win this, in my opinion.
