Who are they?
I'm just curious and found out some naruto characters and hoping if u can identify them: who is Bando , Kagura, and Towa?

They are all video game only characters on Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution. Kagura is an ex-ANBU member who wants revenge against Tsunade for not teaching her, Bando is a bounty hunter that is Kagura's partner, and Towa is a current member of ANBU
