Naruto's decision got cut off by the nine tails chakra. thats what i think could be the answer to naruto's problem with his rage in chapter 490.

Na, it's because Hinata actually DIED. That's why.
I bet if Naruto actually killed Sakura, then it would be a whole different story.

Hinata's perfectly fine. She was revived by Sakura and still present in chapter 488.

I'm a NaruHina fan, but I think that if it was Sakura that Pain attacked, Naruto still would of said about the same thing.

yea, i think Naruto really DID think Hinata was dead. Note to Naruto's enemies:NEVER kill 1 of Naruto's friends. bad idea. lol
I honestly think that Naruto wouldn't have lost it so bad if he hadn't thought that Hinata was dead.
Also, he'd been morphing alot lately, so the seal probably already had a lot of strain on it 2 begin with...
