i think naruto even without nine tails is one of the two strongest.but neji is atleast the fifth strongest if not fourth.between shikamaru and neji its hard to tell who's stronger.

i didn't know they said he has the strongest byakugan,i thought he would end up as the strongest before knowing that.but now knowing that,i don't think their will be a hyuuga who can be at his level when he reachs his potential.

it's great for the clan though,since we only hear about the uchiha's and senju's even though both clans are awesome, it would be nice to learn more about the hyuuga clan and their doujutsu.
