I can't unlock Bando and Anbu kakashi?

I know there is probably like over ten of these but i have certain problem actually. I heard you have to get 70k Ryo...I did that, no Bando. I heard you have to buy everything in the shop too. Well, there are three 4K items left that are locked (????) They are between Akatsuki hideout and time attack. Can anyone tell me how to unlock these? oh and if this is actually how you unlock Bando. Sorry, this is 2 years late I just recently unlocked Hidan and Kakuzu

For Bando you need to unlock everything in the shop, then get 70k ryo (I think)
For Anbu Kakashi, complete 20% missions for all characters, and 40% for Kakashi, complete Kakashi's S-rank mission, repeat and this time you'll face Anbu Kakashi
(I have this game, but unlocked these more than a year ago, I checked online, so forgive me if this is wrong.)

For Bando you need like 800 something. I don't remember what that something was, but you need around 800 of it. And have everything in the shop, and enough money.

Check the extras/achievement/i don't remember option for all of your records. I THINK you need 800 battles total? Maybe?

Sasuke3177 is right on the Anbu Kakashi unlocking.

For Kakashi's S Rank: You can spam headhunter jutsu and when he subs, either sidestep or use rising rising dragon? Something like that :P
