Superman's been to the sun. He'd just lol at Tsukuyomi. Kakashi survived it who's far weaker than him.

Superman travels several times faster then light. He traveled accros the galaxy in a day while light takes 100,000 years to do it. He's carried a lot of planets easily.

Superman stomps. Plus he could use his lazer vision a lot faster then anything Itachi could do.

Yes, they can, unlike Naruto characters. Superman can essentially walk at the speed of light.

Quite easily. And they can make after images.

Actually, aliens are known to make real clones rather than clones that die in one hit. Much more effective.

Oh and Goku's an alien. He and Superman stomp.
