All Akatsuki are Kage tier with an exception of Hidan who is high Jonin. If this isn't the real list the debating could go on for quite awhile. Closest list I agree to has to be Juracule's, although Konan can spam paper and suffocate people fairly easily, which is where Zetsu comes in.

Hidan doesn't suck but he could be incapacitated easily. So what, he went HtH with Kakashi. What's that accomplishing?

Hidan is weak every long range fighter could beat him easily, for example
Temari and Gaara are long range fighters, Gaara protects himself and Temari with sand,after that temari blows him away with her fan

No, Hidan isn't weak. He's just weak compared to the only members of the Akatsuki. Hidan killed Asuma, so he must be somewhat powerful.

No, he isn't. And he definitely isn't weak where it really counts: on his inside. That man has been subjected to more torture than any character in this series combined, and yet he bares it all with a brave face and unwavering optimism. I wish I had a fraction of his courage and inner strength.

Hidan... weak? The dude is still alive after having his head sliced off and being buried more than 6 feet underground with boulders.

He may not have lasted long in the series, but you at least have to give him credit for still being around when half of the Akatsuki has already kicked the bucket.
