Actually I have been downrepped by people with 1 rep power before you need only 1 rep power. Going in and calling everyone usesless in a dead thread that the winner has already has been decided and stating the obvious seems pretty clueless.

Minato vs A isn't really rape because by hype Minato should win but by feats Minato is more likely to lose but because of his FTG he can put up a good fight.

Yeah he can use a seal too but how would he get it on the Raikage with Raiton Armor?

Minato is said to have around the same base speed as A although thats completely hype.

minato can stream chakra through his arm, making it more resistant and stronger, then when A blitz's he can dodge it and hit through his raiton armor, and put the seal on him, then he can transport behind him whenever he wants.
using rasengan on him over and over again... until A is down

? prety much any ninja can do this, all you do is concentrate chakra in your arm, if he can concentrate it and move it in various directions in his hand with another hands aid, then i believe he can do this, and if he couldnt do this then he would never have been a hokage, let alone the strongest, and youngest there has been.

Creative idea but I haven't seen something like that. Especially from Minato who doesn't have that many feats to begin with.

Hes making this assumptions off of feat that Minato is can use the Rasengan and this move is based on chakra control and thats basically is whats needed to use the Rasengan which further explains why mastering the Rasengan was so hard for Naruto.
