Jotaro packs more GAR then NarutoVerse and BleachVerse combined. /gar
I'm not too fresh on Jotaro, seeing as how I've just started on Part 3, but he should be able to speedblitz NarutoVerse with Star Platinum, as the OBD profile suggests that his Stand is FTL. I apologize if my judgment is incorrect.

Jotaro can simply overpower most of the Narutoverse, for anyone that he can't through sheer force and the power of his stand he uses time stop and kills from there. |
