too much of a one sided debate. the only way I see narutoverse winning (or even coming out even) is if we can't use Atom bombs, ICBM's, or any other huge bombs that could decimate a ninja village in one hit

well bullets grenades and nukes do make it seem modern world may win but what about the substitution and clones.

You can't Substitute hundreds of miles away in a second.

Even without any sort of heavy artillery we absolutely rape the Narutoverse. We have jets that can easily match and surpass the majority of the Narutoverse in speed, and they're equipped with heat seeking missiles, armor piercing machine guns, and numerous other weapons. It's impossible for the Narutoverse to even attempt to stop millions of soldiers, millions of giant war machines, trillions of bullets, and the countless other weapons we possess.
