Conditions:Sasuke can see Danny with the sharingan(if he turns invisible). Danny cannot go through susano'o. Danny can't stay invisible forever.......

Location:The area where Sasuke fought Danzo.....

Who would win............?

Seeing as Sasuke was able to overpower the curse mark embeded on him by Danzo, and the fact that more powerful people can stop someone from oversouling them this theory can be negated............

There are people on Danny Phantom who are powerful enough to knock Danny out of them, and the feat I just posted a min ago proves he has the ability to do that........

The tsukyumi could stop Danny before he begins to oversoul him too. And demonic illusion:shakling stakes would definatley work..........

Maybe I should rephrase it.

Sasuke allows Danny to oversoul him and allows Danny to make him stab himself in the face with his own sword. He does not resist, he, in fact, simply stands there while Danny does him in.

The rules of this battle state that Sasuke can see Danny if he's invisible, and the sharingan can see chakra underground. And since Sasuke can see Danny, he can see Danny underground-feat Deidara's C2 mines were visible to him..........

Wow the TC must really hate DP. He should have just said "Sasuke VS a dead Danny". ANyway just because he can SEE Danny even underground he can't hit him since ya know he's UNDERGROUND and the ground stops stuff.
