Don't make a Village unless you have the required posts.
Don't make a Village if you won't be on at least once every two days Don't make a Village until you read the rules. Don't make a Village if there is already one that is almost the same Don't make a Village if you are part of one already.

The best thing would be not to make a village.
since the war system is going to come out soon, and not a lot of members might not join.

Technically it's 150, but to be a good Kage you either need to be an intelegent poster, or have more than this.
Before you make a Village, read the Beta rules, then think about it for a while. Then read everything else that you should have, and, if you have them all, only then should you make one.

1. You need to have 150 posts to form a village.
2. I would not recommend doing it because being a Kage is not easy stuff. 3. If you join a different village, you will learn from your fellow villagers. 4. The Newcomers Looking For A Village thread (created by itachiuchiha85, idea by Vaan) is a great place for newcomers. 5. If you join a village with very few members, you can be promoted easier, but without the experience. Be careful with that!
