Who's the character you respect the most?
For me it is Gaara and Naruto. But I respect Gaara more because he's so cool!

I think I had respect for the fourth; but other than him.. Gaara, Naruto, Neji, Kakashi, & maybe Tsunade.
Edit: I totally meant to put the third, but I submitted fourth.. So I'll add the third.

I respect Pain for his power. I respect Naruto for his guts to never give up. I disrespect Sasuke because he's too caught up in hatred and stuff. (Sorry if I offended Sasuke fans)

 Gaara, Naruto, Sasuke, Itachi, Neji, Hinata, Kiba, Shino Kakashi, the ramen guy, the ramen guys daughter, the bridge builder, the bridge builders son, Shikamaru, Shikamaru's Dad, Choji, Choji's dad, Ino, inos dad, Pakkun, Akamaru, That guy with the bubble jutsu, the Mizukage, Temari, Temaris brother Konkurdo or something, that guy who manages the weapon shop, Asuma the guy who buys from the wepon shop, Kurenai, the baby in her stomach, Tenten, Lee, Guy sensei, and the filler guy.

i respect naruto for his dertermination, i respect Itachi greatly for his sacrifices for sasuke and how caring he was, i also respect the fourth hokage because of the same reasons. I respect Kakashi because he shows that your friends are more important than anything (family is also important) and i respect Jiraiya because he sacrificed his life to the village. i respect the third hokage too.
