if you watched the first arc, then you'll remember the councilmen of the sand village saying the mainr reason they did it was to be able to keep him under control and keep an eye on him, since before they invaded konoha gaara was extremely violent and unpredictable. and do you honestly believe naruto has that kind of leadership or intelligence to run a village? He's too naive and stupid to be able to be a good hokage, and he loses his focus and cool too easily because he's too emotional. it works for him when he fights by himself because he's got alot of chakra, great durability and the kyuubi as his back-up, but he would get alot of his ninjas killed if he was hokage. he's not ready yet.

its not official though, everyone just keeps assuming that kakashi is GOING to be the sixth. and well, maybe he will be, but first the village has to officially decide on it. furthermore kakashi has to agree to it, and like jiraiya he might decide to not want to be hokage. i think kakashi did say that at some point that he doesnt like the idea of being hokage.

Depends on who the 6th is. Danzo would probably kill Naruto. Kakashi or someone good probably would make him a jonin. They should. Naruto's super strong now.

danzo wouldnt he would only keep naruto locked up in the village. it would depend if kakashi was the 6th then yeah he would in theory

indeed, and due to this, I can see him nominating Naruto himself to become Hokage, hence, it's still possible for Naruto to be the 6th........although I think he'll become the 7th

They need a new rank for his abilities and power scaling.
