It says no genjutsu plus thats sort of debatable in itself.

I don't believe Genjutsu would have much of an effect here. Killer Bee demonstrated that a Jinchuriki could have its Bijuu dispell any Genjutsu cast on them. If KN6 is dominant in the personality here, it can conceivably dispell the Genjutsu simply by overrunning it with a massive wave of chakra.

As for the UNS thing, I can vouch. He's basically the warlord of that place.

Naruto would win this. He's much to strong for Sasuke without Genjutsu. Then again, Sasuke has more then just Genjutsu techniques.
