Description: By infusing various amounts of Chakra with their Water Release, the user is able to create a cloud of Chakra-laden snowflakes. As the user increases the flow of Chakra to the snow, the snow cloud increases in size and encircles the user; hence its name. Also the amount of Chakra used fundamentally alters the function of the snow itself and varies per activation.

*Note: This KG requires the user to have a Water Element for all three activations*

Activation 1: The user infuses a small amount of Chakra with his Water Release and creates a small cloud of snow around himself. Due to the small amount of Chakra used, the snow can be easily manipulated but cannot be used far away from the user. In this stage, the user is able to mold a portion of the snow around him into long, slender strip and create a Snow Whip; which can be used to lash out at Mid Range opponents. Weak to Fire; Mid Range; Only lasts 1 turn; If the user wishes, he may keep this activation going for another turn at the cost of 1 CP per turn.

Activation 2: The user infuses a moderate amount of Chakra with his Water Release and creates a slightly larger cloud of snow. With this activation, every individual snowflake is laden with Chakra, making them as a whole extremely volatile. In this stage, the user is able to clump the snow together into bundles and launch a max of 5 bombs at their opponent; upon which each "Snow Bomb" will explode on contact with anything. Mid Range; Small Area of Effect; Lasts 5 shots; Lasts 1 turn.

Activation 3: The user infuses a large amount of Chakra with his Water Release to create a large cloud of snow, maximizing his range with the snow completely. The large amount of Chakra has affected the size of each individual ice particle so that each resembles more of a shuriken than a normal snowflake. In this final activation, the user is able to create a whirlwind of razor-sharp snowflakes around himself, causing more damage the closer the opponent is to him. Short range; Wide Area of Effect; Lasts for 1 turn.

*~Bio~*

Unlike most of his peers, Kitsujiro Fuyu wasn't born in the Hidden Moonlight Village. Instead he was born nearly two decades ago into an off-branch of the Fuyu Clan, one of many making up the Hidden Taiga Village. It was here in this village, that Kitsujiro thought he would spend most, if not all of his life.

As the second son out of four children, Kitsujiro was often forced to watch over his younger brothers and mother while his father and eldest brother went out on missions for the Village. Wanting to follow in their footsteps and show that he was just as capable a Ninja as them, Kitsujiro worked whenever he could on honing his reputation and Ninja skills. A little after his twelfth birthday, he graduated from their Ninja Academy and achieved the rank of Genin, which impressed everyone in his family.

Knowing that his son was ready to flourish as a ninja, Kitsujiro's father put him through a series of tests to see which areas he excelled in. In Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, he performed slightly above the expectations given but it wasn't anything astounding. But when tested on Genjutsu, Kitsujiro far surpassed his father's expectations without so much as breaking a sweat. Surprised, his father wasn't one who relied on Genjutsu often, so he asked his own brother, Fukurou, to train his son as best he could. Closing in on his thirteenth birthday Kitsujiro waved goodbye to his family as he followed his uncle to their Clan's mountain retreat, eager to begin this specialized training.

For almost a solid year, the two trained their abilities without distraction. Not only teaching him the skills needed to survive as a ninja, Fukurou also instructed his nephew about their Clan's History and his role in it. Absorbing every bit of information he could, Kitsujiro kept pace as best he could, earning him the respect of his Uncle. But as Kitsujiro's fourteenth birthday approached, Fukurou could think of no better birthday present to give his nephew than celebrating it at home. So packing up their things, the two set off from the retreat and began the short trek back to the village.

However, as they approached the village, Fukurou and Kitsujiro were greeted with pillars of smoke across the horizon. Climbing on-top of a nearby ridge, the two saw that the Village was alight with dark blue flames; the signature ability of one of their rival Clans within the Hidden Tiaga Village. Not wanting to draw attention to their position, Fukurou tried to lead his nephew away before his sobbing gave them away. Regardless, Ninja from that same Clan appeared within minutes, ready to capture the intruders. However, only Fukurou stood near a small cave, ready to give his nephew as much a headstart as he could. Even though he had no present prepared to give Kitsujiro once they returned, Fukurou knew that giving him a life free of servitude to their rival Clan was something you can't wrap in paper.

Waiting at the cavern's exit, Kitsujiro waited for the Owl that his Uncle promised he would send after the problem was taken care of. But after two days, Kitsujiro assumed the worse had happened and quickly left the area. For five years, Kitsujiro roamed the lands by using the various skills taught to him by his uncle before they parted. Gathering what information he could, he figured out that the same clan who lit their Village aflame had taken control of the village. While they had a bounty out on his head for his return, it did not even come close to the one placed on his Uncle's head. Breathing a sigh of relief, Kitsujiro kept the thought close that there was hope yet. But knowing that his Uncle probably had his reasons to keep quiet, he as well tried to keep a low profile while waiting for one of his Uncle's Owl summons to deliver any information. However, Kitsujiro doesn't talk about his past, so it is unknown what he did during that time.

On the advent of his nineteenth birthday, Kitsujiro unknowingly stepped onto the Moonlight Village by sheer chance. Seeing that is was a peaceful village and that his wallet was relatively empty, he applied for a spot as a Moonlight Shinobi and was equally surprised to be accepted so quickly. Regardless of the circumstances, Kitsujiro has grown fond of his new family of friends and couldn't see himself leaving for any reason in the near future.
