Naruto's rasengan never released using the release of the seal, whether the other elements intended for the use without the release of the seal? but, sasuke's chidori using the release of the seal, so it is meant to have elements of what? whereas in the anime, Shikamaru took out the water element by using the scroll to channel Kakuzu lightning element. i still not understand about difference of element and jutsu.

I think water or earth will be next. Yeah, it's funny, Sasuke learned two elements in the original, and Naruto has only learned one, and it was in the shippuden one.
