Question: What are all the Villages and teams

What are all the villages like "Alpha Village" or "Genins", how do you get into one.

I'm testing out village affiliation settings to see if it's something we can do on the site.

If you go under User Control Panel - left side, Options- Groups, they're at the bottom with descriptions.

Leaders will be the problem. Leaving leadership to MODS will make the system large and ungainly. Letting users be in leadership positions is tough. If one person leads the group they (and mods) become bottlenecks for approval. If multiple leaders exist, someone could be immature and as a leader "demote" other leaders. If there are more than 1 leader only 1 will need to approve people. Currently both groups have no leaders.

Would the groups necessarily 'need' leaders?

Just to restate, these are TEST usergroups which means they will likely be destroyed in a day or two. You also might not even be approved by then.

If we have leaders there should always be an odd number of them per village. That way they can all vote without a tie and no one can get to powerful. Kinda like checks and balances ya know.

we get higher ranks by posting

Freshmen Academy Student 0-30
Ninja Academy Student 31-60
Academy Graduate 61-99
Apprentice Genin 100-250
Genin 251-400
Genin Elite 401-499
Chunin Exam Participant 500-850
Chunin 851-1190
Veteran Chunin 1191-1499
Special Jonin 1500-2999
Jonin 3000-5999
Jonin Leader 6000+
