cant see this on mexico?!

From SRhyse- Unfortunately, I have bad news. The official word is that, regrettably, watching Naruto online may not work in countries outside North America (North America including America and Canada) on either Hulu or Joost. Atleast for right now, we here at Viz have no way of letting you watch it online. On behalf of everyone here, we're really, really sorry  .-- hi im new here,and i want to know why i cant see these online episodes in mexico,could someone tell me what? |

I'm having the same problems but im from sweden and the link you posted here on the forums dosen't work for me
 any suggestions? cause I would really love to see the Naruto shippuden episodes.
