Introduction:
it was dark the wind was silent,the hidden storm village was quiet as usual at this time of night.the mountian that was home to the storm village was the highest mountian that rested in the east and was famous for it's great beauty and it's glorious caves that have been carved into a great hall dedicated to the villages heroes and past kages including the current stormkage.the village came to be known for it's weather,because it was common for the villagers to be caught in the middle of a storm.and bare the full strength that each storm had to offer.it was because of that reason that the storm village had recieved it's name.
but not all were silent this night for the stormkage was awake, his mansion was dark within all rooms except for his office.where a fire was going and kept the room well lit.he was speaking with a jonin of the village the head jonin in fact.this man's name was saburo a tall man wearing the standard shinobi outfit with a red jacket worn over his longsleeve white shirt,and flat jacket.he had a red beard and short red hair with grey eyes.he was speaking with tobi the fourth stormkage,about a young akihiro ito who at this time was 6 six years of age.
tobi-i will not tell him of his clan until i believe he his ready.it is with luck the young lad was not there that tragic night.where the ito clan fell defending our village from the great invasion.those who died and those who yet stand before us.have but one thing in common they both have family who suffered and fought for the the hidden storm village that night.i will not have akihiro learn of this until he is old enough.
saburo-you speak as if you have a choice!lord kage the boy is no fool he will learn the truth one way or another.tell him why you still can,he sees you as family.he will take this better coming from you.he has learned of the invasion it will not be long before he learns of his clan.they are not away on a secret island hidden from everyone for there own safety.such words make them look weak!have you forgotten there sacrifice!?
tobi-I HAVE FORGOTTEN NOTHING!i remember full well what happened.i recognize there sacrifice and remember what they did for us that night.and you would do well to remember who i'am!i'm the stormkage not you!the boy will be told by me when the time is right.now is simply not the time for words......
saburo-lord kage i do not question your leadership.i only question your reason for keeping the boy in the dark about his clan.he must know the history of his clan of the ito.
tobi-(it was here the kage looked down with sadness)i understand your point saburo.it is simply a bad time.....but then again it is perhaps for the best i tell him soon.it will be difficult he just graduated the academy today and he was so proud and happy to become genin.and the following day he will learn of his family and how they will not be coming back.
saburo-it must be done.i'm sorry lord kage!(he said leaving the room)
tobi-thank you saburo!(his eyes looked down at the fire.he knew saburo was right but did not want to realize the truth for he wanted to keep lying to himself not just to akihiro)you helped a stubborn old man realize what must be done.
(and so the next morning the fourth stormkage tobi renowned as the guardian of the mountian.told akihiro the truth about his clan.)
later that day akihiro would meet his team for the first time.but before that time came,he spent time with tobi learning of his clan's heroics and the history of the ito clan.

thank you.ya,i thought about writing of sarutobi's past for awhile but only recently decided to write it.

character post: the fourth stormkage tobi

background: tobi is renowned as the guardian of the mountian.a name he was given for his efforts during the villages fourth war as he defended both the village and the mountian from hundreds of enemy shinobi.where he was able to hold the line preventing any enemy shinobi from passing.this would later be a key victory for his village that helped shape the outcome of the war as a result.later in life he would become the fourth stormkage and two years previous to the story he had shown once more why he was known around the world as the guardian of the mountian,for he had defended the village from several shinobi who had invaded.despite his elderly age.
tobi was also the student of the third lord stormkage in his youth and was considered to be a prodigy of legend.tobi is also the grandson of the first lord stormkage and like him posseses the kekkei tota of mountian release.after the great invasion and the fall of the ito clan.tobi took in a young 4 year old akihiro ito,and became like a grandfather to the boy.as well as becoming akihiro's mentor and continues to teach him even after akihiro had been placed in a team.
age: 73
appearance: tobi is a very short man,with a grey beard that ends at his chest and is styled with gold and silver jewels that keep tobi's beard in it's many ponytail's that make up tobi's beard.tobi has grey hair on the back and sides of his head that are kept in a simple ponytail.he wears silver chainmail armor over top his brown short-sleeve shirt.and a brown poncho over top his chainmail armor and brown pants.with brown shinobi sandals with silver armor that connects to his sandals and go's up to his knees.while wearing a silver gauntlet on each hand.
kekkei tota: mountian release
abilities:though not much is known of his abilities yet.he is a extremely powerful shinobi for he is known as the guardian of the mountian.and was named the fourth stormkage.he is known to possese the kekkei tota mountian release,though anything more involving the technique or his other abilities are still unknown.

appearance: unlike his grandson tobi the first stormkage is a tall man.with shoulder length blonde hair.he wore silver heavy plate armor.with silver gauntlets and greaves.while wearing his forehead protector around his silver helm that had several small symbols all around the helm.
kekkei tota: mountian release
abilities: the first stormkages only known ability so far is his kekkei tota mountian release.

Chapter:1-the beginning
Two years had gone by since his mentor had told him the truth about his clan.and now at the age of eight,Akihiro was a experienced genin of the village hidden in the storm.he had two years of training and missions under his belt while his confidence was high.but akihiro couldn't help but think about his clan.the more he thought about them the harder it was to keep himself from crying,"why?....why am I allowed to live? why were they killed and not me?"he cried to himself,the tears were streaming down his face.a man was standing behind him though Akihiro was unaware of his presence he was also unaware that he was speaking aloud and not to himself like he thought."I'm sorry Akihiro!"the man said softly,as he looked at Akihiro with a familiar look upon his face."it was truly a tragedy.i'm sure i am not the first to tell that to you lad.but it is the truth,it is a tragedy when a life is taken from this world especially when taken in such a way as your family was taken.your clan was the best of us,they were loyal,fierce,strong and had respect.they were dedicated to protecting this village and all those within it.there dedication to there duty was unmatched.and we all truly miss them!"he continued.as Akihiro stood up and turned to face the man quickly wiping the tears from his face with the sleeve of his shirt."I didn't know you were there master saburo.forgive me for I should not have placed my burden upon another."Akihiro replied looking at the ground beneath him.saburo walked over to him and placed his hand on Akihiro's shoulder,"there is nothing to forgive Akihiro.and if there is anything you need don't hesitate to ask.never forget lad you are not alone!"said saburo as he walked away.akihiro looked up at saburo as he placed his hand upon Akihiro's shoulder."i won't forget and thank you master saburo!"replied Akihiro.

He too then walked away and as he noticed the time he remembered he was suppose to be back home preparing for his next mission.meanwhile at the kages mansion a meeting of the jonin,the elders and the stormkage himself lord Tobi other wise known as the guardian of the mountain was taking place.the jonin were sitting at a long table in the middle of the room with the elders and kage sitting across from them at a large podium that was raised high in the air,the two elders were sitting behind Tobi one on each side of him.as he quietly sat in his chair smoking his pipe and blowing smoke up into air.They were each sitting quietly awaiting for the jonin commander saburo to arrive.then suddenly the sound of doors bursting open brought the attention of all who sat there patiently...well most sat patiently for saburo to arrive.the site of tobi on the other hand was like looking at a pissed off dragon who had been rudely awaken from his nap.more and more smoke entered the room as tobi continued to blow smoke out of nose and mouth.filling the room with enough smoke that the room could be easily be mistaken for a sauna and the smoke for steam.but as soon the doors burst open and everyone turned and looked at the doors with there full attention.there was saburo standing in the door way,Tobi glared at saburo as he rapidly blew smoke that poured into the room.saburo could tell when he glared back at tobi that the stormkages pressure valve was well past it's breaking point.

Saburo then walked forward still glaring at tobi."YOU STUBBORN OLD FOOL!"he yelled,storming past the jonin who didn't dare move a muscle as there commander moved past them."WHO YOU CALLING OLD?"Tobi yelled back as his pipe nearly dropped to the ground.tobi was now standing a top his chair so he could better see the man who he had long known.(keep in mind this was a very short man with a face as red as a tomato in addition to smoke exiting almost every hole in his head.)tobi knew himself well and was very honest about his flaws and strengths, so he didn't mind being called stubborn or a fool for he knew he could be one hell of a stubborn fool.but he wasn't about to be called old by someone only a few years younger then himself."Oh you know damn well who!"saburo replied.


"YOU CANNOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THIS........he is your grandson my lord."saburo continued calming himself down mid sentence.Tobi closed his eyes and thought over his words while his anger that was brought on by being kept waiting for as long as he has been quickly turned to sadness,deep down he agreed with saburo but he was bound by tradition to place a genin alone on a dangerous mission.according to those who came before him...his predecessors it was the will of the mountain for a genin to be tasked with a mission where there safe return would be in question.where there skill would be tested and there lives in danger with no hope of receiving aid from comrades near or far.it was ultimately left up to the chosen genin wether or not...he lives or dies!

Once Tobi had opened his eyes and looked into the eyes of his old friend and comrade,he knew not of what to say except for the one thing he has heard himself say many times before to the parents and loved ones of every genin he had placed in the hands of the gods for they were the only ones who could help the genin now and shield him or her from a killing blow."it is tradition and I cannot stand in the way of our villages tradition and the will of the mountain.....I'm sorry...old friend!"he replied as a tear rolled down his cheek."Blast tradition to hell!!!you can stop this tradition you choose not to end it!meanwhile our villages future more importantly the young lives who have families who love them are placed on a dangerous mission alone with no hope of aid in troubled times with no hope of seeing there families again instead they are left to die in a place that is strange to them or survive all just to prove wether or not they are found worthy to be a shinobi."Saburo said as he turned his back to his old friend and the elders,tobi has been a man of tradition for so long and has upheld this tradition for so many years that guilt was a common feeling for tobi but now it was his grandson his own blood that he was sending on a mission he was not ready for all to uphold some tradition that his predecessors felt was the will of some mountain that happened to be the home of village hidden in the storm.a tradition to determine the strong from the weak and in the process determine the worthy from the unworthy.the guilt was swelling inside of him while his words were filled with regret,"we all place our lives in danger for a mission wether we are alone or not you know that as well as I...saburo."Tobi responded,"not like this not like wildlings following some ritual to appease some god...we don't!"said saburo as the memory of his son came to his mind,"I'm sorry saburo I know how painful this must be to see genin be sent off like this being a constant reminder of your son."Tobi replied,"you know nothing Tobi and you feel nothing...if you did you would end this before Risking the life of your own grandson.how is it that generation after generation and as far as we have come that we still allow this tradition to go on?"and with those parting words he was gone,tobi watched him leave and thought over what should be done....should he the guardian of the mountain be the one to end this tradition?should he be the one who will forever be remembered as the one who went against the beliefs of his ancestors and the will of the mountain?

Chapter:1-the beginning part:2
Akihiro had rushed home retrieved his bag and was now on his way toward his destination.a town that was a few days travel after reaching the bottom of the mountain,the town has no shinobi and was under protection of the neighboring villages.but none save for Akihiro's village would answer the desperate call for help.and so he was off ready to take on this mission no matter the danger he would be faced with,the town he was sent to rescue from a group of high ranking missing nin that had taken the people of the peaceful town hostage.

it had been three days after entering the tunnels of the mountain and making his way down the high mountain toward the highway that lays outside the mountains entrance with a sea of trees on each side of the dirt road.when he had reached the highway and made his way to the small town,he came across voices followed by some laughing that was nearby and coming closer with each step Akihiro took.it was two of the missing nin that were patrolling the area outside of town,Akihiro took a look around "where to hide?"asked himself,he then noticed a rather large tree off to his left with leaves falling gently to the ground as the branches swayed back and forth in the wind,Akihiro ran towards the tree and made his way around while pressing his back up against the tree and slowly pulled out a kunai from a pouch that was off to his side with his left hand."what is a patrol doing out here?i wasn't expecting such a small group to patrol the area outside of town."Akihiro thought to himself as the two men walked past the tree and stopped suddenly as one of them looked over his shoulder,"hey Aaron....do you feel that?"the man asked looking at the tracks on the ground left by Akihiro's sandals."no,what is it patrick?do we have a guest to...*haha* entertain?"aaron asked with smirk upon his face,Akihiro looked out the corner of his eye "grrr....I have already been found out!i have to think quickly and act even quicker."Akihiro thought as he began formulating a plan in his mind."chakra.....and tracks that lead to that tree."Patrick stated,Akihiro placed the kunai between his teeth and quickly took off his cloak revealing the many eyes on each arm while forming handsigns with one hand and using the other to throw his cloak toward the two men,in order to distract them as suddenly Akihiro disappeared and a dimensional rift had opened in the air as the red cross shaped pupils in his eyes that were on each arm started spinning slowly and the rift had pulled him in.aaron noticed the cloak and quickly lept forward attacking the cloak with his fists,"you idiot!it's just a cloooo......ak"Akihiro had appeared striking Patrick with his fist That was covered in stone sending him flying into Aaron who had just turned to face him."hmmm.....perhaps I can use there squabbling to my advantage?"Akihiro thought to himself as he landed on the ground and Aaron and Patrick stood up with blood rolling down Patrick's chin,"what's this a brat playing hero?!?!"patrick laughed,"your game of heroes and villains will have a unpleasant ending for you.....you little brat!"Patrick yelled as he tasted his own blood and charged Akihiro.aaron soon followed behind his partner grinning as he pictured the many different ways he could crush the young ninja into nothing more then broken bones and oozing blood,"crush him to the ground...no no crush him between my fists....no even better crush him in between my fist and that very tree he hid behind...no wait I should crush him into the ground with my feet,yes that sounds like a winner."the large man thought to himself,meanwhile Akihiro quickly formed handsigns as Patrick and Aaron charges towards him,((demonic illusion: false reality))in Aaron's mind the thoughts of crushing the lad were fading as everything before him appeared to be spinning the pain that replaced the fading thoughts of broken bones and oozing blood crept into his head."aaaahh....head hurts!"Aaron said grabbing his head in pain,and finally when the pain too started to fade just has his thoughts did moments ago.and when he opened his eyes he saw Patrick looking back at him laughing and repeating "you idiot!idi...ot idi..ot....idiot!"Aaron's rage was growing out of control as he remembered all the times Patrick had made jokes at his expense about his intelligence and always calling him names,finally Aaron's rage allowed him forget all about the kid and quickly he turned his feet and charged patrick tackling him to the ground and punched him repeatedly.akihiro then formed a few handsigns ((earth style:great spike technique))once the genjutsu wore off and aaron realized what happened it was to late a massive spike had emerged from the ground below him and Patrick piercing right through Patrick's back and out through his chest and right into the chest of Aaron killing the two men instantly as blood had painted the ground red.akihiro then removed the kunai from his mouth and once again carried it in his hand as he quietly walked along the dirt road heading toward the town while being careful not to catch the attention of the other members of the group he was sent to eliminate.
