you know you're addicted to anime when:

1- your parents aren't surprised to see you with a new identity every other day (cosplay)
2- you've overrun your hardrive with useless crap such as MMD, RRD, vocaloid, anime songs, character albums and downloaded anime/manga/doujins
3- you can name 10 artists who draw your favorite doujinshi in less that 60 seconds (and people, doujinshi aren't just yaoi -__-)
4- if you ever get bored you dance, draw memes or play around with MMD
5- you failed your literature class but aced your history class (hetalia axis powers)
6- composition has taken a new name, its now officially graded fanfiction!
7- that $50 you got from last christmas was magically eaten by that stretchy twill and yaoi manga you got a few days ago
8- you remember character names better than your classmates/co-workers
9- you cant spell to save your life yet you can solve complicated equations as long as they protain to whatever you are sewing at the moment
10- 99.9 percent of the time you listen to japanese music that nobody around you understands, nor cares to ask
11- you force your dad off the TV to watch anime every saturday night/sunday morning
12- whenever you see somebody wearing an anime tee-shirt you approach them with a huge smile no matter how scary they look
13- you've gotten caught reading manga behind your textbook
14- you've taken to quoting anime way too often, then get sad and cry in your tamaki corner when nobody gets it except for yourself
15- when you're playing nerf dart tag you get hit in the forehead, fall over, then jump up yelling "REBORN! I WILL DEFEAT YOU WITH MY DYING WILL!!!"

18- you understand that at least 99.9 percent of all female anime characters are completely useless and only there for fanservice, and the 0.1 that arent will die sometime in the near futue or already have a lover

21- you've fangirled at at least 5 anime characters in your life of otaku-ness
22- you spend a hell of a lotta money on a japanese game console just to play the epic anime games they never released in america, dam region coding!!
23- you've found yourself randomly singing in the street or at a public place filled with non-otakus who stare at you like you are an idiot, then even when you're concious of it, you continue with what you're doing
24- art class has officially become fanart lessons
25- you make all your own cosplays because the people who do it professionally just dont ever get it right DX
26- if I randomly spat a japanese sentace at you, you'd get at least 3 of the words, regardless of their meaning
27 - you giggled because this number is number 27

29- everytime you see something japanese at the grocery store you must buy it, no matter what it is (I once got fried octopus =P)
