Make-out secret unlocking

I am currently playing the first Installment of PotN and I happened to realize from a FAQ that alot of People don't know what happens when all the Make-out Items are collected although its said something is supposed to happen.
Does any one know?

No. Not one person knows. There are no cheats for it, no FAQs explaining it, nothing. I've never found the answer, but if I had to guess, I would say that it was some sort of promo for the Japanese version that involved the second game, which never made it because the second game was never made.

Second Game?If you mean PotN 2 that was made.

They took a few things out of the first NPotN game that were originally in its Jap release counterpart. The Make-out Paradise items are probably a loose end to something they chose to leave out.

Another good example of a loose end they left in the first game... There's supposed a way to fight Itachi in the first game, and you're supposed to be able to unlock the fight with him by pressing a combination of buttons at the starting screen. You input said combination of button presses and you here the Sharingan activation sound, but no one has ever given a credible, "Hey I fought Itachi and here's how I did it" story.

They left stuff out in both of the NPotN games that came to America, and no one knows why.

Oh and Valentine, the second Naruto RPG that came out in Japan never came to America. There are actually 3 Naruto RPG's, and America got the 1st and 3rd games which were renamed "Naruto Path of the Ninja" and "Naruto Path of the Ninja 2" respectively.

No, Path of The Ninja 2 wasn't made. There was a second game in Japan that covered the Tsunade Search and Sasuke Retrieval Arcs. They didn't come out with it in America, they simply took the third game from Japan and called it the second. Basically what AshenREAPER just said.
