Location: Where Sasuke fought Deidara

Kakuzu has all his hearts but cannot use Iron skin.

Deidara cannot use C0 in this as it would kill him too.

Speed equalized.

Kakuzu can potentially tank up to C3 with Iron Skin. It's safe to say he easily tanks up to C2 with it at the very least. With that said, mask beasts can fly, so they catch Deidara if he goes ariel and blast him out of the sky. On land Kakuzu just strangles him to death. Combine that with the fact Kakuzu has massive chakra and five lives and Deidara is screwed.

Kakuzu has infinitely better range.
Deidara has no short range prowess at all, allowing absolutely no advantage.

Iron Skin beats most of Deidara's explosives and his beasts have massive range which Deidara would not be able to avoid forever.

Kakuzu is amazingly fast. He can almost evade all of Deidara's attacks.
Kakuzu is fast enough to dodge Deidara's clay or block it with his iron skin. If he is able to dodge Deidara's clay, he could probably choke Deidara to death with his threads. Kakuzu trumps the C2 with his Mask Hearts which can fly to counter the C2 Dragon and blast it out of the sky. It would be way easy for him. And with the land mines, Kakuzu's Lightning Mask Heart can cancel them. And the C4 Karura can probably beat Kakuzu, but it takes too much prep time. Kakuzu would have killed Deidara already. All of Deidara's other clay attacks, Kakuzu can easily evade them with his Iron Skin. So Kakuzu wins hands down.

I agree with the majority on this one. Kakuzu wins. his iron skin is a great defense. plus it would be tough to keep an eye on kakuzu and his heart monster things. he also has a great long range and short range combat.

even without iron skin i dont see any of deideras attacks reaching kakuzu due to the fact that he can simply knock all of deideras bombs out of the sky with his wind heart massive aoe.. than attack with lightning, fire, water hearts. easy win.

Not to mention that kakuzu can fly spam threads to catch deidera, and also have defense with wind hearts. and constantly attack with lightning as mentioned before.

Also Kakuzu can fly as well, If Kakuzu used Lighting Release: False Darkness then Deidara would be screwed, must I say anymore?

nice match up even thought it might be close im going with kakuzu cuz he has way more exprince and can fight long rance and short range and as all the elemets

Even without Iron Skin and equal speed, Kakuzu wins. He needs to be killed five times, and all non lethal wounds can potentially just be regened with threads or switching out hearts for a healthy one. Deidara has one life, and his injuries stick with him. Combine that with the fact Kakuzu's False Darkness trashes everything Deidara's got and he still crushes in this fight.
