Neo vs. Konoha City

Restrictions-> No boss summons.

Neo is fully loaded with weapons and has unlimited stamina.

Aid: Konoha has Deva Path.

I am assuming this Neo with Matrix powers because human Neo is overall weak.

I gave him weapons for some ranged power in the battle.

Neo with matrix powers can fly use telekinesis although he doesn't often and do limited reality warp no?

I mean he can bullet time, although he only has bullet timed pistols mainly.

And in movement speed well I don't know supersonic?

Flying was pretty fast too.

Yea not sure.

He looked hypersonic considering he moved faster the the speed of fire during an explosion.

He also moved faster then the shock wave of the crash between two trucks. That's pretty fast.

I meant in movement speed. Neo has definitely shown to be faster in flying than movement.

But Neo often prefers ground combat.

I actually am not sure.

I don't think he moves fast on the ground. He can only react and dodge, he can't physically move that fast with his feet can he? I've never seen it.

exactly my point although Neo with matrix powers can warp some reality so really he can take it if he does it right. Key phrase "does it right."
