I'd rule the Sand Village. While their way of life is harder than most because of the sandstorms, the surrounding desserts also discourage attacks from other nations.

I want to say the mist village but then again i wouldnt want the 7 swords of the mist wanting to kill me and take over ( that would suck ) so im gonna have to go with the leaf village. I definetly like the loyalty there and not so many people really want to kill you and people are willing to risk their life for you all the time.

If i was elected a Kage, It wouldn't matter which village, I'd decline. I would be horrible at ruling anywhere! I'd rather be a normal ninja who carries out predetermined missions.

I wouldn't rule a village because A. really wouldn't want that type of responsibility and B. I'd probably would be a member of the Akatsuki infiltrating a village to kidnap a Jinchuuriki :P

Kazekage! I could control the sand and I would make a few changes. Fix the buildings and make sure Deidara can't blow them up. That I think is my main change.
