Sheridan visited the back room to heal her pokemon. She came back out and threw out her first pokemon, gliscor.

Ariados used Psychic to redirect the air cutter back towards the murkrow. It then shot a Signal Beam at the bird pokemon.

"Foul Play!" Murkrow zoomed towards Ariados and dodged the redirected Air Cutter, however, she didn't see the Signal Beam and was hit. Murkrow fainted. The haze cleared and Beau walked up to Loopp and gave him his badge. Beau then went backstage to heal his Pokemon.

"Froggy!" Julius threw out the frog Pokemon. "Ice Ball, follow up with Hyper Voice!" The frog sat and opened its mouth. Out came an ear screeching sound, aimed at Gliscor. He then put his hands together and a ball of ice formed, he threw it at Gliscor.

Ai was reunited with Riolu, and she had been overjoyed to see him. He seemed to be basically in tip-top shape when she saw him, just a little confused. When she had called out his name, he had immediately responded, and jumped into her arms. Afterwards, Wharley had given her some sort of black gem. She wondered what it was. He told her to keep it with her, so she stuck it in her pocket. Then they headed off towards the gym.

Loop returned his Ariados, and walked out of the gym after receiving the badge from Beau. He knew exactly what he was gonna do next.

The ice ball completely outsped Gliscor as it tried to escape, but it was ultimately hit with the ice type move. This move proved to be more than Gliscor could handle, as it fainted instantly. "Wow... A one hit kill. Impressive, I must say" Sheridan said, flirtingly. She returned her pokemon and tossed out Steelix. "Iron Tail" She said. Steelix flung it's whole body mass at Politoed, trying to avenge it's fallen comrade.

Barney got out of route 201 easily, picking off small pokemon as targets with his Porygon. He entered Sandgem, and visited the local pokecenter. He healed up his porygon and bought 3 pokeballs from the pokemart while he was in Sandgem. Barney moseyed into route 202. He spotted a Shinx and decided to catch it. It was obvious that this pokemon was a popular pokemon, with all the new trainers catching them. Barney was specifically interested in out of the ordinary pokemon, so he instantly knew that this pokemon was not for him. Despite this fact, he knew that it's evolved form, Luxray was a fierce fighter. Barney decided that he should catch this Shinx. Porygon overwhelmed it with Psychic and Signal beam. Barney threw his pokeball, and Shinx was enveloped in it. The ball vibrated once... twice... thrice... the middle turned red. "Knew it" Barney said, as he walked over to the ball and picked it up. He returned Porygon and continued on his journey to Jubilife.

"Froggy, Ice Punch!" The lazy frog suddenly jumped up and his punch froze and was surrounded by freezing snow as he clashed with the giant tail. Froggy's hidden strength shone through and jumped on top of the Steelix. "Hydro Pump!" The frog jumped in the air above Steelix and hurled a large stream of surging water at the rock snake.

Magnemite was instantly burned by the Will-o-wisp attack, and hit with the Hex attack(Although it did much less due to it not being very effective). "discharge" An electrical current flowed through the arena in a circular fashion, hoping to hit Kyuu.

(btw, the bottom of my last post was the gym response to vs. Froggy)

"Jump and use Flamethrower!" Kyuu did as told, dodging the electricity.

"Magnemite, quick drop down!" Magnemite dropped to the ground quickly, injuring it a bit. The flamethrower was dodged completely. "Get it with discharge!" Magnemite quickly used discharge and electricity was scattered throughout the stadium.

"Thrash some more" The Steelix continued thrashing, as the Ice ball made contact with the pokemon. The ball dispersed and Steelix was unharmed for the most part. "Dragon Pulse" The steelix let out dragon pulses all around the arena, hoping to get at least one hit off.
