Aaaaand Nero can encourage the crap out of him. Just saying.

I'm going with the DMC squad on this one. This is basically a three on one fight with time stopage basically being useless since they can both use it. With that said, Nero, Dante clone, and Dante just gang up on Bayonetta and beat her senseless with superior range, weapons, and massive healing factors. If they were doing one on ones it might be different, but together DMC takes this due to numbers, weapons, versatility, healing, and insane busting power. Combined Nero and Dante could easily level a city in seconds.

As for the last part, Pandora's Box basically has unlimited fire power. That thing destroyed a Gate of Hell with ease in less than a second. Almost nothing can destroy a Gate of Hell. Pandora's Box has more fire power by itself than anything Bayonetta has. Combine that with Dante and Nero's guns and that's easily overpowering her in terms of firepower.

Also, when you say "what if she stops time first?" Well, what if Dante stops time first? Then she dies. Quickly. That's not a real argument.

G-d>All diety's?

In most religions G-d is on par with the Devil in an eternal war. G-d can't beat him and the Devil can't beat G-d. Dante beat the Devil. Twice.

Dante and Nero would absolutely own Bayonetta. It'd be tough, but they would do it. Bayo may have those guns, time control ( which works if she dodges, but how easy would that be against these two), and her Beast hair, Nero has his Devil Bringer, Red Queen, Revolver, and Devil form. Dante has his Giglamesh, his own Devil form, guns, and pure badassry, it's no contest. Devil May Win!!!

Teleportation doesn't translate into being hypersonic. It means he can teleport from one place to another. It doesn't mean he can fight at hypersonic speeds when not teleporting.

And one would assume that an arm of relatively the same size would be able to stop the other arm, or at least grip onto it, stopping it. And as he stopps the hand, Dante proceeds to cut Bayonetta in half with Gilgamesh with the head down.
