I don't have a cat...But my friend has a cat and I treat her as my own.
She'd most likely be either Sai (Emotionless and quiet. She just stares at you and she doesn't mourn the death of other animals), Ino (Ino never shuts up and neither does the cat), or Naruto after using Rasen-Shuriken for the first time (The cat only has three limbs. Naruto was kind of like that because he had a broken arm). 8P

I ready a few fanfics where the Akatsuki somehow got turned into cats. I wouldn't mind having the Akatsuki ones in the fic Take it or Leave it, since when the cats touched water they became human again until they dried

lol I've read so many fanfictions in which the characters are turned into nekos, so this doesn't seem that crazy to me.

I'd choose Naruto, I think he'd be cuddly and affectionate and he'd have the cutest little golden ears. I'd tweek them all day...... and then he'd scratch the heck out of me. =O Then in return I'd have him neutered. =O
