Chidori in my opinion.

Depends on what kind of Rasengan.

If it's Wind Style:Rasengan, then Rasengan wins.

Rasangan not a lot of people can learn it and it is not a perfect jutsu and in orignal when Kakashi threw Naruto and Sasuke in those objects the Rasengan made a bigger effect and the new Rasangan he learned is twice as powerful as Chidori.

These are all facts in how it is stronger than Chidori.

rasaengan cause its kool, in naruto episode 108 it did more damage to the water tank, and wind beats lighting element out right!

chidori stays electric but rasengan can be any element and can be formed into any size.

Rasengan. Its more concentrated and Chidori is a little less concentrated and has a wildness to it whereas Rasengan is packed into a Spiraling Chakra Sphere

Rasengan its stronger because of affinity WIND>LIGHTNING but im gonna have to pick Chidori due to the fact that he can use forms with it and use it to bring the lightning to form an ultimate jutsu KIRIN!!
