She has no feats to support her planet busting but from powerscaling, she can easily crystilize the planet and shatter it with ease.

She can shatter some but not all.

Guren probably wins. Her attacks are very fast. And im not sure if Tsunade is able to smash the Crystal as Sakura wasnt able to smash the Crystal Barrier surrounding the forest. However that was probably just her Jutsus effect. Tsunade can probably smash her way through the Crystal. But Guren has far too many attacks. And they are too fast for Tsunade to keep up with. She'd eventually be overwhelmed and die.
