I think Itachi is inside Sasuke and he want protect him about Danzo, and he exited of the body to kill Danzo. Maybe he appeared because Sasuke is being to the dark side and he want Sasuke change his mind

i think its sasukes unfinshed tysukiomi or whatever mixed with itachis presence
my question why does every time he switches the name of da team he gets a new summon he should name it like dragon or sage of six paths so he can summon them

I think that when Itachi implanted his Mangekyo powers into Sasuke, he also transferred himself into him, and if you guys go back a little, Itachi once said that if Danzuo put a hand on Sasuke he will kill him, so I think he is Sasuke's guardian angel now
 .
