His death and what you discover after are incredible. Jiraiya's epic fight and honorable death are NOTHING compared to Itachi's death.

Jiriaya
He died an honorable death. He died in battle trying to defeat the biggest threat at that point. Itachi just died because of that disease. Sasuke didn't actually kill him.

Jiraiya, because he died the way he wanted to, rather than just give up and submit to death. He fought fate. =)
Itachi is my greatest love ever, and i absolutely love his "farewell" to sasuke...But in a way, i suppose you could say he was submitting...He spent much of his life waiting and wanting to die. With his death he didnt accomplish any great heroics or ensure the hope for peace to be victorious over evil. He took actions to ensure the safety of his beloved little brother, but compared to the actions of Jiraiya, who made his fated choice between worlds of destruction and of great change, his death is not so grand. Jiraiya changed fate, Itachi protected one person. Jiraiya wins. =) |

Itachi's death. It was just sad how he just went plop onto the ground when he hit his head onto the wall. >> The only part I enjoyed was when Sasuke backed into the wall, getting scared. xD I enjoyed that part.

i thought all their deaths were pretty epic except asuma's...he just kinda had his butt handed to him by hidan.. but itachi and jaraiya and obito had incredible, honorable deaths. they were wonderful till the very end!!

im going with jiraiya i mean itachi wasnt acually killed by sauske he was already dieing from dieses (im not sure how to spell it) itachi's death was still awesome i still like jiraiya's better
