It all depends on when. If she suddenly died in the middle of the series then it would be sad. But at the end of the show (as long as she dies doing something heroic) then its fine.

Bringing people back from the dead, no matter how skillful of a medic nin they are is a forbidden jutsu. It has a severe risk to the jutsu user's life. Possibly even fatal.

Question 3
I see Sakura with Naruto. Its the most obvious choice. Maybe they'll have a kid pink and blonde hair who is crazy strong, is a med nin. Of course that kid will probably be the most hard headed kid ever. (Just look at the kid's parents.) Naruto is strong-willed and ignorant and Sakura is bossy and has the 'get-back' attitude. And thats why we love them.

Question 4
I see Sakura as jumping straight to Head Med Nin. But her awesome strength will get her far. She would probably go to Special Jonin. I couldn't see her as a Jonin working with Genin.
