Scenario 1
Location: Place of the Gaara and Lee vs. Kimimaro fight.
Restrictions: None

Scenario 2
Location: Same as Scernario 1.
Restrictions: No CS2 for Kimimaro

Scenario 3
Location: Same as the other 2 Scenarios.
Restrictions: No CS2 for Kimimaro, No Mangekyo Sharigan for Kakashi

Yay! Finally a thread that might have a decent argument behind it.

I'd say it could go either way with scenario one. If Kimimaro starts with Bracken Dance he can zigzag in and out of his bones and hide inside them. Since Kakashi's only real move that would hurt Kimimaro involve his MS and Chidori, this should throw off his ability to hit Kimimaro.

Situation two Kakashi wins with MS and Lightning Blade speedblitz. Chidori was shown to break through Gaara's sand shield, and Lightning Blade is stronger than Chidori by an entire rank. Kimimaro was shown to be injured by Ggara's sand, and since Chidori>Sand and Lightning Blade>Chidori, Lightning Blade would hurt Kimimaro. If Kakashi used his MS dimensional vortex thingy (name anyone?) he could just rip Kimimaro's body parts off, including his head. He doesn't need to get all of Kimimaro in it, just the vital parts of him.

Situtation three Kakshi wins with Lightning Blade blitz for reasons I just listed.

In scenario one, Kakashi possibly stomps, hes much faster than Kimimaro and could either Speedily Chidori him or else Kamui him after conserving chakra.

In scenario two, Kakashi definitly stomps

In scenario three, Kakashi wins.

Kakashi should easily win all 3.

Kakashi can blitz Kimimaro with his shown speed feats, only thing Kimimaro has shown that would actually hit Kakashi is Dance of the Seedling Fern, too bad Kakashi could easily kill him before that. also he can potentially dodge the move or even tank it. Lightning Hound and Lightning Clones would screw Kimimaro over and Kakashi could easily dodge Kimimaro's attacks.

Kakashi STOMPS scenario 2. Kimimaro's only chance for the slightest hint of a hit on Kakashi is banned here, kakashi wins with no effort.

Kakashi still easily wins in Scenario 3, even without MS it's not like he truly needs it, with better speed feats he can easily stomp Base or CS1 kimi.

In fact Kakashi doesn't need Kamui at all to stomp Kimimaro, that's how hard he stomps.
