I love how neither of you gave any reasoning whatsoever. Anyways, Chojuro managed to get a hit on Sasuke, which means he's probably equal in speed to Neji. I don't see Rotation or palms getting past the sheer force and size of Hiramekarei. Neji also can't tank it. Byakugan wouldn't help him dodge it any, and Air Palm would be stopped by Hiramekarei. I think that Chojuro has an advantage here, since the size of his weapon and it's strength would overpower many of Neji's gentle fist moves. Well, if they start at close range, Neji might be able to get in a hit before Chojuro releases his sword, but at mid to long range Neji is in for some trouble. Chojuro would likely win.

Even though we haven't Chojiro really fighting, i think he and his Hiramekarei has the potential to defeat neji.

Ok here is my reason why neji would win , choujoro's sword is very heavy so he will get tired after swinging it for a few times . Plus , I don't see Hiramekarei which is such a slow technique due to its size can hit Neji . The only reason why chojoro managed to hit Sause is because he was already worn out from the fight with the Raikage

We don't know it's exact weight. The only time anyone ever brought it up, Chojuro simply said "I'm okay". Plus, he seemed fine swinging it around during the meeting. Suigetsu is the only actual swordsmen we've seen having trouble carrying around his sword.

It isn't actually slow, it hit Sasuke in only four panels. Chojuro and Neji are likely in the same speed range. Plus, it's huge size doesn't actualy slow it down from when he used it.

The only reason why chojoro managed to hit Sause is because he was already worn out from the fight with the Raikage

I'll give you the fact that he was worn out from the Raikage fight, but Chojuro still managed to knock Sasuke back while Susano'o ribs were activated. Neji's only defense similar to this is Rotation, and Susano'o ribs have a higher defense. I don't see how Neji actually manages to get a hit in, though, considering the sheer size of it.

Neji wins this due to Eight trigrams 64 palms, no?

Choujiro has to be in close range to use his energy hammer on Neji, if he's that close then can't Neji use Eight trigrams on him?

Also Byakugan would allow him to dodge because he can see the chakra outbursts of Choujiro's sword. And Empty palm would hurt too.

Not enough feats from Choujiro to win this fight I think....

Not so close that Palms would be effective. Plus, he could simply release from a distance and then get up close to hit Neji. There's no real speedblitz here, so it's a matter of the longer range which Chojuro has. Byakugan only sees the chakra, if he isn't fast enough to dodge it then just seeing it is useless. Empty palm is countered by Hiramekarei. IIRC Hiramekarei has a longer range than palms.

Chojuuro kept up with a Kage in speed when looking for Ao.
And they were using full speed finding Ao eventhough him having a Gigantic Headstart.
Chojuuro also said he has Sensor Skills.
Sasuke was worn out indeed however hence how far Chojuuro smacked him compared to a Raikage Raiton Armour Punch.
