The only thing Tsunade has going for her in this fight is the multidirectional Acid Slime, which MIGHT give her the win, but don't count out Sai's ink beasts; everyone is saying Tsunade could simply tank them. but if she could do that, why would she even bother trying to destroy them with ground pound? Also, for the last time, Sai has shown to be faster than Tsunade (Tsunade jumping after pain? she gets an A for effort, but she never caught up to Pain, and we all know what happened next). And yes, I do like Sai, but I also like Tsunade (my favorite Sannin after Orochimaru), I just feel that this is an interesting matchup.

I still don't know why he assumes Sai will even win with Tsunade's rage and fighting spirit. Well how stupid of you. Tsunade is the medical genius and has attacks not only taijutsu but also ninjutsu. And she has attacks like genjutsu binding, important body points disturbance and chakra scalpel. Tsunade with just a sneak attack behind Sai back can do all these 3 attacks and will disable Sai body to fight and after that Tsunade can just go for the kill. And please, please think about this fact: Sakura whom is a student of Tsunade can kill Sai with just Taijutsu... right? No matter how hard you think how Sai will win the battle... well good luck
