When Madara fought in the 1st great ninja war he has the sharingan, and then MS Obito JUST got his shrigan just befor he DIED

Wow the both have orange.. So Naruto have orange too. So does that mean he is obito too? No!

So many post in this case is a bad thing......

Well it's not really an opinion because it's all ready been proven wrong. When kisame saw Madara's face he new who he was... Henace even more proff that Tobi is Madara. Kisame said it him self when he saw Madara's face.

Like everyone else already said that proof is lame! and not even correct. Why are some people obsessed with proving that Tobi is Obito? He's not...besides Madara's age isn't even an issue, wasn't Kakuzo OLD too? and no one argues he was Kakuzo. Same for Oro who kept changing bodies...we still don't know how Madara's alive after all these years but there must be a reason, it doesn't mean Tobi's Obito. Also Obito's right side was crushed...there's no way his sharingan was useful after that rock fell on him and Madara uses his right eye.

It tells you in the manga like chapter 385 he's Madara. He shows his face to Kisame and he was the first to know. What bothers me is why did he tell Kisame first?

Obito would've had to be born like, a million years ago to be Tobi/Madara. Madara already had his Sharingan while Obito had only gotten his before he died. Besides, Obito gave his left eye to Kakashi, and his right eye got crushed by the boulder, so he basically had/has no eyes for anyone to use. So:

Tobi = Madara
Obito = Obito

Tobi =/= Obito
