Since we're all complaining about Disney XD pulling off who knows how many potential edits in the Hidan & Kakuzu arc, I just wanted to point out that the anime of that arc when it was first animated also had its fair share of edits to an extent for a Japanese audience.

Spoiler:
First of all, every occasion where Shikamaru smokes in the manga was never animated into the anime. Not once! The part where Shikamaru slits Hidan's neck by suprise, was less severe than in the manga since the cut wasn't as deep if you look carefully.

Even right after the Hidan and Kakuzu arc where Naruto and the others were exiting Ichiraku and Konohamaru showed the 2 versions of the "sexy double knockout jutsu," the masculine version was never animated. Instead, that joke was substituted to featuring Moegi and Udon.

The Sexy Jutsu was renamed so they do show it.

Hidan's head will be cut off

The hearts will be shown as well

Viz Media edits them not Disney XD. God seriously how many times do i have to say that. They will edit majority of the blood but not all. But they can't take an abillity or part of a battle just cuz of violence

Yeah because when the goes black in the 1st ep you here a noise that makes people think that he cut Naruto's head of. I think if anything AS would have shown it. Kids are a lot less addicded to violence now then hen we were

I doubt they would. A small age audience shouldnt see that so disney is going to edit it in my opinion.
