With Kakashi and Asuma both teamed up they would be extremely difficult to destroy.

But keep in mind that Orochimaru is a Sannin.

But

Sannin?2 Elite Jonin, one of which was an ANBU.

Orochimaru (if at full strength) would probably defeat Kakashi and Asuma despite the conditions.


If Orochimaru is not at full strength, however, Kakashi and Asuma would win.
