I'm not so sure about that. I'm thinking his fire jutsu and his trench knives can get past the webbing. He should be able to locate Kidamaru and cut through his armor. He has better speed feats than Pre-Neji to. I can see him dodging the arrows.

Asuma takes this fight easily. He has chakra blades and even if they cannot slice the webbing, he can light it on fire and send it right up to Kidomaru's mouth kind of like how Neji did in volume 22. The only difference would be that it is with fire and not chakra.
